Subscriber privacy
Updated September 30, 2026.
Black Cat Media LLC uses the email address you provide to deliver the free Beyond the Glass comic and, with your consent, send emails about our connected stories, coloring art and music. This offer is for adults 18 and older.
Information and service providers
The signup form sends your email address and your age and email-consent confirmations through this website to Kit, our subscription and email-delivery provider. The website forwards the form details without saving a separate subscriber list. Kit processes form submissions and address confirmation. Hosting and email providers may also process technical information, such as IP address, browser information and security logs, to operate and protect their services.
See Kit’s privacy policy for its handling of information. Black Cat Media LLC does not rent or sell personal information as a business practice.
Your choices
Confirm your email address using the confirmation email to access the comic. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each message. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete information you submitted, contact audit@outloudmarketer.com, Black Cat Media’s public contact. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, normal business records, security, dispute resolution or legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards; no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Links
Links may include campaign labels to identify their source. We do not put your email address in public campaign URLs. External retailers and other linked services handle information under their own privacy policies.
